I have yet to use them. I bought these 12 mm bore pillow block bearings, and upon opening, i rotated the bore with my fingers, of which the shaft goes into, and experienced a smooth rotational motion. I bought a 12 mm shaft from Amazon.com, from a business other than the people who make these pillow blocks , and it fits into the pillow block hole in quite an exquisitely satisfying mannor. I like these pillow block bearings to the point, If i were to set forth upon another pillow block or other bearing kind of purchasing quest, indeed i would return to this brand to quench my purchasing needs.
