Motor has no power, gutless. Company sent new clutch, but that didn’t change the performance. I should not have to work on a brand new motor.

I purchase this motor for my son a few months ago we installed it on a 125cc TaoTao midsize four-wheeler the install was simple enough and engine runs fine but doesn't drive well. Pay extra attention to the wiring. Slow going forward good torque in reverse guessing the gears were badly chosen for putting on this ATV. I have contacted the company to ask questions. The engine has a heavy vibration you can feel through your hands, feet and butt. Something is very unbalanced inside the engine. It also has a really loud snap or cracking noise in the motor while starting, sometimes only once while starting, sometimes lots of loud snaps and cracks while starting. Having a discussion with sellers representative to try and resolve the problems.I will update review afterwards.

I use this motor to replace the manual 3 speed my son had in his coolster 125. He didn't like to shift from 1st to 2nd, now he doesn't have to worry about that. Does seem to have more power in reverse for some reason?

Got this for a customers sun-L go-cart.Some things to remember. It comes “bare” ie;no carburetor,ignition coil and cdi. It does come with oil,shift linkage arm,carb adaptor elbow,electric starter and a new spark plug installed.It was pretty much plug and play and fired up quickly after adjusting the carb.Note: the shifter mechanism was”stiff” at first but losened up after use

Used it to upgrade from the stock 49cc on a sweet little motorcycle. The bike used to be a snail and now it goes! Keeps up with street traffic just fine; still breaking it in so I don't how fast it can go just yet. Definitely satisfied.
