This was not one of my finer moments but the ladder was shoddy and not as described. The steps broke when putting it together and I had sent it back but unfortunately, I sent to the same address some other box and they refused to send it back to me, even when I offered to pay for the shipping. They kept the box of chairs and did not return the erroneous box I sent by mistake.

The aluminum handles bent in at the inserted whole part. Not very sturdy.

I have never left a product review, but this one is so bad I feel I need to. First off, they don't send the things you need to attach. Second, you drill holes into your deck and now I am going to have replace it and the holes are still there. It doesn't support any weight. The bottom step will not stay on. Unless you are buying this for purely decorative purposes, buy something else.

I was skeptical that this ladder was really going to be made of stainless steel, but it is, A very powerful magnet will not stick to it. It is well made and my only criticism is that the deck flange that is needed to complete the installation is not included nor does the product listing make that clear. That's why I rated it down on ease of installation.
