Tolerances are off on multiple components. Screws do not line up smoothly for mounting and latch doesn't hold well causing unit to drop down. The unit still has powered up despite changing remote batteries and trying remote at multiple angles. The general light does work.

I got this to replace the factory screen in my older yukon so my kids can watch nexflix. After installing, the screen is sleek and looks nice but Netflix is not compatible with the device. When you click on it, it just says its not supported on this device.No biggie because it has screen mirroring right? Wrong. You can see your iPhone screen, and mirror your desktop but if you try and play videos it just buffers indefinitely. The only apps I have been able to get to work for streaming are Paramount+ and Youtube TV. I will try and see if I can get Plex working to use netflix. The remote is also like a point and click mouse which is difficult for the kids on a bumpy ride.The screen is in, so I will have to work with it. It was simple to install and took me about an hour to get it all installed and buttoned up. I have T Mobile wifi in the car so it holds a nice connection and "works" I would not buy this product again, and would not suggest anyone else buy it unless it gets updates and supports more apps, and gets a better remote.

Had it less than a year and the screen went out with no warning .. tried to send it back and it will cost 300 dollars to return it if it’s after the 30 days so the warranty is pointless .. so basically I would have to spend the money to send it back as much as it would cost to get a new one .. Amazon gotta be careful with doing business with third party sellers when it’s impossible to send it back if it doesn’t work .. it should be way simpler than what it is

Doesn't pair with iphone. Tried everything even had tech support on the phone for hours and we couldn't get it to work for iphone.

This is not a bad screen by any means. The features that it has are nice for the price and the overall picture quality is good. The viewing angle is good enough if you are sitting within a couple of feet of the screen. In the third row of our expedition however, there is an issue with the viewing angle. The screen can look dim and at certain angles it gets a red tint.The worst part about this is the false information displayed on the product page. At the time of my purchase, it claimed that this screen is a touch screen that you can swipe and select your media. IT IS NOT a touch screen. I have screen shots of this misinformation however, Amazon said that they wouldn't do anything for me. I had already paid to have it installed when I discovered it wasn't a touch screen and I wasn't going to pay to uninstall/re-install the unit.It also claims to have the ability to use Bluetooth headphones, as in plural and the product page showed two sets of headphones connected to it with the Bluetooth logo, but I can only get the unit to allow one headset at a time. I did some checking and this version of Android does allow for output to multiple sets of headphones, yet the option is not there in any of the system menus to enable this. I also have a screenshot of this unavailable feature. The inability to connect multiple headsets is really annoying because I have 3 kids and I don't always want to hear what they are watching on long trips. The FM transmitter doesn't work that well either, and I don't have any IR headsets so I can't speak to how that works.If I had known these things, I would probably still get the unit because it is running on android and the other features it has are really handy. It does look like it is a native 1080p screen, not upscaled, which is also harder to find at this price. The apps work pretty well but unless you are using your phone or car as a hotspot, the wifi doesn't have great reception strength compared to tablets and phones.
