These litter boxes are just the best! The quality of the box itself is obvious the minute you unpack it. Litter doesn't stick to the bottom, and cleaning is extremely easy. I have two pretty good sized 12 lb cats, and they took to it immediately. I think they like the high sides that provide nice privacy. The topper part is open at the top, and these big cats have no problem getting comfortable inside. Because my cats like to use a lot of power to get those clumps covered up, the high sides prevent litter from being strewn everywhere, I no longer find piles of litter outside the box from them covering their jobs.I did have one issue where I needed to contact customer service, and let me tell you, they were very prompt, answering my email almost immediately, and responding to the problem promptly. Their customer service after the sale is in the very top percentile of satisfaction from any vendor on any product. I have zero regrets purchasing this litter box, and my kitties will second that statement.

Best kitty litter purchase I've had in years. I wasn't a fan of metal style litters, but I noticed some kitten lounges use these more often. It's much easier to clean, and litter doesn't stick on the floor of these containers unlike plastic litter ones. My cat loves it, especially how spacious it is. I was a bit skeptical at how the size compared to my previously owned litters based on the metrics. I'm glad it turned out much bigger than I had originally thought. Overall, great new kitty litter replacement. (SIDE NOTE, I don't use the plastic scooper it comes with because I opted for metal one as well)

Not only is it gorgeous, it doesn’t hold odors and is easy to clean. I like it better than my litter robots.

Litter box is very large-great for Maine coon cats. The top is stable & does not come off easily. Cleans easily with dish soap. No more bleach-woo hoo! No more litter box odors. A lot less cat litter on the floor. All in all, a good purchase.

Love my new litter box! The size is great. It keeps the smell away. It looks good. The scooper is pretty cheap, but love the sticky hook it comes with for easy hang-up.

Works very well, sturdy enough to be moved to and from the hidden enclosure/hutch I have it in full of litter and other stuff. The high walls prevent much of the litter from getting out. Works well for 2 cats with regular cleanings of course. It is very large; I like that very much about this box. The stainless steel is sturdy and easy to clean versus conventional plastic litter boxes, this is a great investment!Make sure it will fit where you're planning on keeping it! Measure it out.

It came with two dents in the corners- pushed in through transit, likely. I'm not fussed as it's hidden by litter and doesn't affect the function of the tray whatsoever - just slightly annoying when scraping litter out to the corner. For the price (which is very similar to other brands), I would've liked to see maybe better cushioning in the packaging to avoid this.Otherwise, perfect jumbo size, lightweight, easy enough to clean and I LOVE that the plastic guard around is flush and overhangs on the inside - no urine seeping through to drip on the other side.My cat uses it - no complaints there lol.

I have to chuckle because I haven't been this excited regarding a purchase in a while...and it is related to a little box no less! HA! I ordered this stainless steel litter box for my 2 kitties because the company I previously purchased litter boxes from is now forcing me to purchase a cover/hood instead of just allowing me to purchase the bottom portion (an additional 50% of added expense for the cover/hood, which I do not want or need). I would not have begun a search for an alternative litter box if this did not have happen, but I am so glad I did. I happened to come across this litter box as I was searching for large ones that could accommodate a Maine Coon (not that I have one). Maine Coons are very large cats, but I just wanted something that would be big enough where my cats would have plenty of room as they 'did their thing'. This litter box is big and very durable. I read that previous versions of this litter box did not have a top portion that snapped onto the bottom pan, but this one does. I like the fact that the 3 sides are pretty high. I will definitely need at least 2 big bags of litter to ensure that there is enough for approx 7 inches high across the entire bottom pan. I hope I won't have a lot of litter outside of the box from the one open entry side, but we shall see. The litter box was approx $130, but I should not have to buy a new litter box for a long time since it's stainless steel. I usually replaced my plastic box every year due to the scratches that develop over time. Stainless steel will be much more durable and sanitary. I hope I (and my kitties) continue to like this stainless steel litter box as I continue to use it. If I had a Maine Coon cat, I would be thrilled to find this size litter box.

Product works as advertised. My cats were peeing over the top of the old one. This one is nice and large, with sides high enough to catch all the pee and litter. The stainless steel bottom helps with cleaning and odors. A bit overpriced, but I’m happy with the results.
