We have purchased 3 of these. One arrived with a damaged ice machine head and the company replaced it right away. It supplies a busy restaurant with adequate ice with plenty to spare.

The bin size is supposed to be 400 LBS.But we could make only 20 of 8 LBS bags with a full amount of ice.It means 160 LBS.The ice maker's top cover opens easily with the pressure of the newly made ice and spills over.So we had to tape the cover not to open.
