got shorted on hardware and was missing parts. the box came with a hole in it.

Universal fit, I had to modify to fit the weird transom of my Cape Horn. But it works perfect! Strong enough for me (230lbs) and stays out with the bungee. Overall a great product!

It is sturdy and well made. The four 1/4-29 machine screws were too short. I had to go purchase them. Very annoying. Not easily found
