I had expected a bit better for the price. Sound was clear and people on the Zoom/WebEx meetings said they could hear me clearly. I guess I am a bit spoiled by my home headsets. Given the price for this set is half what I spent for home, I will call it a win.They are comfortable to wear, battery life seems to get me through the day. They paired really easy. The mic can be on the left or right side. Instructions tell you how the buttons work. I have not put the batteries to the test because I will tend to charge my headsets at least every 2 days as it really stinks to have them die half way through a meeting where I am presenting.

After buying/returning 3 different headsets, I finally found one that I love! I love the how the mic functions and noise cancelling works very well. I use it mostly on Teams for work.

I’ve been using this wireless headset for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for my hybrid work routine. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and I’ve noticed no significant drop in connection, even when moving around the house up to the 164ft Bluetooth range. The microphone is just as impressive—it picks up my voice well without any of the usual static or distortion, even during long meetings. I’ve had a few back-to-back calls lasting for hours, and I can confidently say that the 35-hour talk time claim is true; I didn’t have to worry about recharging after full-day use. I also work in a relatively noisy environment, and the noise-cancelling features of this headset are excellent—background sounds are practically eliminated, and my colleagues always tell me that I sound clear on their end. The 147g weight is noticeable but not uncomfortable at all. I can wear it for extended periods without feeling any pressure or discomfort, even when adjusting it to my head multiple times. Another thing that I appreciate is the ease of setup—no dongle required, which is a relief. It pairs seamlessly with my laptop for Teams calls, and I didn’t have to go through any complicated installation process, which saved me time. The only downside I noticed is that, while it is super comfortable, the padding on the ear cups might not be as thick as some premium models, which could cause slight discomfort after several hours for those with sensitive ears. But, for most people, this won’t be an issue. This headset has certainly helped streamline my work-from-home experience, making it more efficient, and I’m glad I invested in it. Would definitely recommend it for anyone in a similar work setup!

This set of headphones came to me not working. The sound was terrible and no one could understand me when I talked into the microphone. It came out garbled. Good return experience.

I work from home 4+ days a week and I am in waaaay too many meetings, 1-1s, etc.My company supplies us with decent Jabra headsets - but only the wired dual version. If I don’t get up and move, I will end up sitting at my desk and not even getting up to pee for 5+ hours straight, losing track of time while lost in work.Plus there’s all these inane meetings… I considered a treadmill desk but have cats and a toddler, I considered a sit n stand but my decor is antiques from the 1800s and it wouldn’t fit in… plus my toddler LOVES trying to work like mommy and will push all the buttons, levers, ANYTHING.My living area is a circuit. As in, there’s a sort of large circle that one can do from my formal dining room to kitchen to laundry and breakfast area to entryway to living room and then back around to the formal dining room (that formal dining room is actually my work area).So I pace. I walk in a circle on my more engaging meetings for hours at a time. I was using my Shokz OpenFit, and various other earbuds, for this purpose. None of those are designed for business-esque use so they each have limitations… poor noise cancellation or poor audio for conference calls (very different than music audio), etc.So I was pretty excited to get these. But apprehensive. I am finicky. This needs to be comfortable and have adequate battery for truly ALL DAY wear… I need very good or better noise cancellation, decent sound, strong connectivity, good durability, and an easy interface.These delivered in every regard. I was very pleased with the sound quality and noise cancellation. I was extremely happy with how comfortable these are. These are easy to use, easy to charge, intuitive/basic but functional. I love a few of the features like flipping the mouth bar up and down to mute/unmute. These had good range for my purposes and I had no connectivity issues.These seem like a basic lower to mid range wireless business headset. I am very pleased with the quality overall and especially the price. If I’d realized such a nice wireless headset was around at this price, I’d have gotten one ages ago.I had never heard of this brand, so was surprised enough by quality (in a good way) to do a little more research — and I’ve learned that Yealink is actually a well-known company in this space, with a very favorable reputation.If I had ONE complaint, I would say it’s them staying on my head. I have a small lady head, these are pillowy… I am pacing (some of the more stressful meetings I really get going)… and I can be gestural/emphatic. I haven’t flung these off my head but they have begun to slip a few times. They have very nice weight distribution so as to not slip easily — this stood out. Also shockingly lightweight.These are adjustable and pillowy. It’s hard to complain about them slightly slipping on me, though. My husband has a large head. My Jabras look like child’s headphones on him… these fit his big head!Oh - and these EASILY last all day (and well into the night on many occasions). Great battery, great usability. I am very pleased at this price point. 5 stars.

I tried several other headsets, but some were too small, and none of them worked properly with Teams. This one, however, is perfect for me. It fits well, works flawlessly with Teams, is lightweight, has soft ear cushions, and meets all my needs. I'm loving it!

I have had these for a month or so and I work in an open concept office. And, it gets pretty loud. This headset sounds great and makes the background noise just sound like muffled voices. I haven't had 1 customer complain about load voices since I started using these.
