It is good for voice calling, but nothing else. The PC software is robust and the connection is solid. The stand makes it easy to charge, just take off and put on. It is comfortable enough to have on all work day. The only issue I have is sound quality. You would think at this price point there would be really good sound quality, but it isn't there. You can use this just for voice chatting. If you want to use this for movies, games, music, or anything else, it is terrible. Low volume, and subpar to even the cheapest knockoff headphones. Can we have at least adequate volume and sound quality for the option to listen to music in between calls? This should be an option for this price point.

This headphone is well made and a reasonable value for the money. I love the automatic mute feature when I push the mic arm straight up. I also really like the charging stand as well. Very convenient. The sound quality is really good and pretty much perfect for business meetings.I am taking off one star because the headphones every so often disconnect from my laptop. Otherwise this is near perfect. I think though for the price I shouldn't be having this connection problem. To be fair though it's fairly rare, but does happen.So for this one 4 out of 5 stars.

I absolutely love this headset. I use it for work and I have found it to work perfectly for what I need it. Exactly as advertised. In my opinion the sound is good. Would recommend.

I bought this because my home office is too far from the kitchen for my regular headset to reach. Once I round a certain corner in my house, Bluetooth drops every time. This headset solved that problem. The DECT connection is rock solid, and I can now roam freely without worrying about calls cutting out. The sound quality is clear, and the noise-canceling mic does a great job filtering out background noise. Setup was easy, and it connects seamlessly to my computer. Battery life has been solid, and it’s comfortable enough for long workdays though to be fair, I don't usually have meetings that last longer than 3 hours without a short break. If you need a wireless headset with serious range and reliability, nice integration with Teams and Zoom (we use both) this is a great option. Pricey but when you spend all day on the phone and need the range...worth it.4/2/2025 update - I have been able to use this headset to walk my entire house AND outside the house without people hearing background noise. The bluetooth headset connection dies one room over...maximum 30 ft...so far I have run this headset at least 100' and through Miami Dade CAT5 hurricane proof windows and cinderblock walls. AMAZING range.

The Yealink WH62 wireless headset makes long work calls way more comfortable. The sound quality is clear, the battery lasts all day, and the 525-foot range lets me grab a snack without dropping the call. Definitely a solid choice for anyone stuck in virtual meetings all day!

My headset at home was going on the fritz, and so I had to quickly find a reliable replacement. After searching and comparing different headsets that would work with Zoom and Teams. I found this one made by YEALINK and decided that this seemed in line with what I was hoping to find. Now that I have this home and set this up- I will say this is a fantastic headset. The sound is excellent with low latency - transmission is instant without delay. It is clear that the designer opted to use premium grade material to construct this headset.*Special features:-WH62 DECT-Wireless headset with base-range: 525 ft.-dual ear-14 hour talk time-full charge takes approximately 2.5 hoursAll in all, I find that this might be one of the best headsets that I've used to date. The clarity is undeniable. Based on a positive experience, I would recommend this to other consumers. :)

I replaced a WH51 headset with this unit and what a difference! The range is more than double, I am able to walk around my entire yard without reaching the limit which is extremely nice when working from home. The Teams integration is excellent, very smooth in operation. I like the base, providing extra functionality including the ability to connect to IP phones. The sound quality is excellent, coupled with great microphone quality and superb noise cancellation this is the best headset I've ever used. The headset is by far the most comfortable with a wide range of fitment suitable to any user. The only issue I've had is user error - I connected this to my laptop through an aftermarket dock and it would disconnect any time the laptop went to sleep. Connecting the headset base directly to the laptop fixed the problem. This is beyond a great headset for WFH or any other professional need.

I love this headset and found it to be great on all but the one computer I needed it to work on. The headset is comfortable to wear, it's got great range, and the battery life is excellent. The mute features tied to adjusting the mic boom are a really nice addition. I wasn't able to get the microphone to work on my new work laptop. It worked on the old one but not on the replacement. Since they don't have a dedicated driver for the headset, IT wasn't able to resolve the issue, otherwise great headset.
