Overall good but red light always on not sure why. And after an hour it gets a bit uncomfortableFinally, it blocks out all outside noise (including my own voice) which takes a bit of time to get used to.

I haven't come across a Yealink headset I haven't liked. This one is no different. It is lightweight and extremely comfortable to wear. I typically wear headsets for long periods so comfort is really important. The headset pairs easily with my phone and pc. Sound quality is balanced and call clarity is excellent. I haven't has any issues with static from the mic. Muting is made simple with an easy flip of the boom mic. Even when using these for long periods, multiple days in a row, battery life has been great. Overall, the functionality and quality of these headphones are hard to beat.

I've been using this product for a week. It works well, and I can hear the person I'm on the phone with. It hasn't dropped a call as of yet. It was worth my money and time.

This is one of the lightest work centric headsets. Unlike others, I don't find these slipping down due the weight.The ear cushions are soft and supple. Easy on the ears.The range of the DECT wireless is very good. Working from home, I have no trouble roaming the house. I even can walk outside and not lose audio. I'm saying these work despite multiple walls, brick, and all other sources of possible interference.I love the mute. You can either raise the boom or use the button on the boom to mute and unmute.The battery life is great. I'm on and off calls all week long. I can go more almost 2 weeks between recharges.These are pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. I recommend these for professionals (working in office but even more so for those working from home).
