I bought this to put on the servo for my Consew sewing machine. Unfortunately when I tried to install it I found the key didn't fit. Upon closer inspection I noticed the casting was extremely poor and the keyway was not straight. I had to take a file to the keyway and gently open it up so the key would fit. There were also large burrs on the outer face of the pulley which would result in the pulley not sitting straight on the shaft once the nut was tightened. So I had to file the face of the pulley as well. Once I made these modification it worked fine. The customer should not have to do this though.

I have used these 2 times now. On my Vintage Cornelly Chainstitch machine and my Consew 206... makes the machine speed very easy to control.

Reduced speed nicely, but beware it has no set screw. My old pulley used a screw instead of a key. I had to drill and tap for a set screw which is a minor inconvenience if you are able to do such things. Had I to do it over, I would look for a pulley with screw. Changed belt from 40 to a 36. Unknown brand of servo motor. Incidentally I used an automotive v belt which is a little too wide but works fine. Not that much tension required.

Fits my consew Sewing Machine Servo Motor. The hardest part of the installation was getting the screw nut off the motor shaft so I could remove the original 75mm pulley. Once the smaller pulley installed, had to shorten the belt to make it work. Read a couple reviews saying the key way was small/tight but wasn’t an issue on the pullley I got. Was able to quickly install new pulley.

It's obviously not a universal fit, since it didn't fit my reliable sewquiet 600sm the diameter of the hole that goes on the motor is about 15mm on this thing and on my motor it's 12mm

Fit my consew servo motor perfectly works well slow it down the difference is I had a m40 size belt and drop to a m36 when buying grab a belt to go with it it thanks

This was a replacement on a Consew CS1000 Servo motor for my Merrow sewing machine. I replaced the 75mm pulley that came with the motor with this 45mm. Slowed the machine down now to my liking. Nothing to the install, remove the old pulley (don't loose the key!), then replace with this one.

Instantly slows down your machine to a manageable speed. I think it took me about 5 minutes to install. The only thing to be aware of, which obviously should go without saying, is that you will have to either get yourself a shorter belt or add a shim to your motor mount. I went the shorter belt route. I got one 2" shorter than my previous one and it's a perfect fit.

Using on a Consew CSM3000 servo motor. Fit perfect and reduced low end speed significantly. The servo has an adjustable high speed setting so impact on higher sewing speed is relative to setting and treadle position. We set our max speed at 1100 rpm. So with the smaller pulley there's no chance of the machine "taking off".
