The video for this ring gap filer made it look so easy to use. Not so. Maybe this one was defective. The cutting wheel wobbled around, so you couldn't get an accurate filing action on the ring gaps. Almost ruined a $50 set of piston rings. Returned for refund.

No instructions are included for how to set up the tool. I only point this out because the turning mechanism is very rough and doesn't turn smoothly at all. ALso, the disk extends below the housing and presses on whatever surface you put it on. Not good.
