I was e tired by the price and some folks positive experience. I replaced all four actuators in my 2007 F150 and for 3-4 months, no issues. Then they started failing. They became very noisy and stopped locking/unlocking intermittently. Now it is daily. I've only had these for 8 months and now I have to replace again. I should have spent a little more to avoid doing it again. I feel seller should take responsibility for this early failure.

Fits 2006 ford explorer drivers door. Installed it myself with the help of YouTube. Not too hard of an install. No complex tools needed. Saved me a bunch of $$$.

The first one was mangled in the box by the shipping service, so I wasn’t surprised that the first one broke and would buzz and not lock every time. The replacement seems to work great though! It’s only been in for a few days, but it doesn’t sound all messed up like the previous one, and it works! I sat there locking and unlocking constantly for a minute, and it never did the weird buzz noise. It seems high quality and good value, I’ll update if anything changes. The job isn’t too bad for my 2004 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, (full 4 doors) I installed it on the driver rear, and found a good video from 1A Auto! (It was on the front door in the video but super similar steps on rear) ALSO MUCH EASIER TO PULL LOCK ALL THE WAY OFF!!!

Direct replacement fit for 2008 Ford F150. Works as should . Gave 5 stars for value, fit and easy install. Can't rate longevity yet. Hopefully it will hold up
