Works as designed, has a lot of compression. There's no instructions with it, but it was easy to figure out why it has two straps, you can tighten one side and then the other until it holds at the compression you want. It stays in place when you move around and the velcro stays in place too. I would think it would get a bit sweaty but easy to take off and reapply if needed.

The support that this brace delivers is pretty good. It is so easy to put on and easy to adjust to many sizes with a good stretch and with the Velcro. The Velcro holds securely also. It is very helpful for exercise.
