You get what you pay for,, unfortunately in this case, you get alot less,,, poor quality, zero instructions, doesn’t work at all,, waste of time and money,,, my fault for going the cheap route, never again

I was impressed by the quality of the rake. The box was full of broken Styrofoam and heavy metal parts. The box was taped but the cardboard box didn’t look like it would last 10 more miles. One of the two green straps was ok, the other broke. Very lucky to get almost everything, missing just one of the two 6” pins. There was no picture, diagram, or instructions, just metal! When I called (no one was there) I was sent to Yanmar. I did not find a pine straw rake there. The frame is 0.25” steel. Attachments are 0.31 steel. Tines are 0.34 round sprung steel. It is 72” wide overall. You must have a 3-point tractor to use this, so it isn’t hard to figure out how to assemble the machine. We are missing one 6” pin. We had enough bolts & washers but a couple nuts had bad threads so you might need to tap them. You will need metric tools size 18, one should be a ratchet because of the 32 tines (by the way, this is only pine straw (or pine needles) rake with 32 tines that I could find, most have 26 to 30 tines. This machine is sturdy enough to follow uneven ground to a point. In our case I will lengthen the top arm to obtain more depth to follow valleys. More range of motion will keep things level. One could also utilize this frame for platforms, boxes for tools, etc.Issues: packaging could be a real problem, we had dozens of loose bolts, nuts and lock washers, 6” pins etc. in the (holey) box. They should be able to provide an install sheet.
