The installation of this product is like all the others except that it is 115 volts. The product held the vacuum at -30, and it started in both modes, except that it did not heat or cool. I called the company several times but never got a hold of a customer service representative and requested to be called back many times to no avail. I do not think that all the A/C units are bad. I think that the A/C units need to be replaced when they do not work or customers need to be refunded their hard earned money.

The mini split system works wonderfully couldn't be happier with the functionality of it. The installation pieces and directions were definitely lacking missing the 90° drain elbow, didn't come with a template for installing the wall bracket and marking the hole location which is very helpful and came with every other brand I've installed, also the back of the condenser unit has a flimsy plastic mesh instead of a metal grill for protection of the unit, the wiring directions were vague at best, the indoor unit is stylish and comes with WiFi capabilities which is a bonus, the line set flares were very good had no issues with leaks make sure to use nylog blue and torque properly, could have had better insulation on line sets but it's sufficient overall I would definitely recommend as long as you don't need long line sets. Works great whisper quiet inside and out. Great heat 36°s last night I installed it in an area of 576sq ft and it kept it toasty warm all night so going off of one day of use I'd highly recommend
