The overall quality of this file cabinet is very good - it was packed very well, even with metal frames to ensure that it was steady within the box; it was very easy to assemble (mainly the wheels), and so far it has been holding up well as far as occasional use of the drawers. The design is nicely clean and minimal.I'm a little worried about the keys, as it sometimes feels stuck and takes an extra second to turn. I am hoping that it won't break with continual use. The are actually nicely attached to a plastic case, so you can flip the key inside the case to keep it contained. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

This set is great, and I really love the quality. However I was really disappointed with the packaging as it was very unsustainable. Several elements of the packaging were wasteful and unnecessary.Hope they keep up the good work but reconsider the packaging.

I have ordered (3) of these units; 2 for home and 1 for work. The 2 at home are identical and do not fit 8.5x11 hanging folders if you place them facing out, only facing sideways using the included bracket; while the one at work does allow 8.5x11 hanging folders to face either way. I am not sure why they are different, but I wish the 2 at home would fit right. Also, the include bracket to use in the bottom drawer causes the folder to get hung up and does not always sit nicely.I do like the size of the unit as it fits under the desk and the locking mechanism is good enough to keep and honest thief out.

I ordered two filing cabinets at the same time from two separate brands. I was delighted to find that this one was pre-assembled with the exception of the wheels. The wheels screw onto the bottom of the cabinet with minimal effort.Most notably was the care in which the cabinet was packaged. They includes a fairly substantial “cage” around cabinet to protect it during shipping. I’m very impressed with the care taken to ensure the cabinet arrived in good condition.

This new style of rolling file cabinet has a center wheel, which made me think it was going to be lightweight but it's pretty heavy duty. Not quite like old Steelcase office furniture, but close enough and and a fraction of the price.Even more impressive, the manufactuer realizes an item like this is target practice for UPS and will arrive dented unless extraordinary measures are taken. So, instead of styrofoam corners, the cabinet is surrounded by a pair of welded steel frames (not kidding). Not great for the environment, but these disposable frames are probably worth half the price of the cabinet.The only negative is that the assembly instructions are locked in the cabinet so most poeple are likely to stand it up to open the drawers, which is fine, except that you obviously need to turn it upside down to attach the wheels. Very smooth operating drawers as well. Comes with a spare caster, too.

I've been looking for quite a while now and finally came across this one. Wheels were very easy to attach. Love the fact that I can keep it by my table for convenience because it's where I pay my bills and now am able to file them right away, and when company's coming I can easily wheel it into another room. The #1 selling point for me though was the fact it's wide enough for my printer. All other brands were too narrow. As I said, searched high and low and am so glad I waited and found exactly what I needed. I would recommend this item.
