I have another set like this, but I don't love it as much as I love this one! First of all, it has 2 things in particular that I enjoy above the other set that I have: the peanut ball and the fascia ball. Oh, these feel nice. I guess the best way to put that is that I ache... a lot. This helps (the counterpressure). For me it does, anyway.First we have the storage bag (yoga bag) - good quality, and I did not note any issues with the sewing. The zipper on mine glides easily without getting caught up on anything. The items fit snugly inside without issue.Everything is apparently made with EVA, which is a type of vinyl. So included in this bag are:Yoga wheel: I'm not small, and this helps to stretch out my back. Meaning - there's not an issue with my size. The yoga wheel can help to deepen stretches, enhance flexibility, offer a more challenging balance practice (which exercises multiple muscle groups at one time), and provide support for some of the more difficult poses. A LOT of the yoga tools that I use are about providing support - as you age that can be an issue. Your muscles simply do not function the same way as they did before, and "balance correctors" can help to work on those muscle groups. For me anyway. The yoga wheel allows both extension and flexion of the spine at the same time, which can help with preserving spinal health. This can be especially helpful for people with a more sedentary lifestyle that can have a more sunken posture and reduced spinal mobility due to the way they sit. The ways that you use a yoga wheel can also be useful for opening the chest and counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting, too. I also use this as a back roller, personally!Door Anchor: is for resistance bands so that you can get your good stretch without having to have wall anchors to do so. That's a nice add-on for most anyone, but I don't use the door one as much as I do the wall anchors I do already have at various height levels.Yoga Strap: this is a strap that you place on an anchor in order to pull on it for a better stretch and to ultimately tone muscles. I LOVE it, it gives a great stretch and it's a really low-impact, easy stretch. This can be used with a door or wall anchor. It's a woven strap with a D-ring, and it's well-made.Yoga Blocks: I LOVE these things, they give you a focus point, which helps with balance (for me). And you can use them in so many ways! I recommend watching a video on yoga blocks or finding an exercise program on Amazon that does so. There are far, far too many ways to use them to go into in this short review!Stretch band and resistance band: more help with stretching (see yoga strap) - the resistance band is more helpful on working on your booty, and the stretch bands can be used in almost any way. Very smooth to use, and you decide in how you hold it and what you do how much resistance you want from it.Peanut Ball and Fascia Ball: these 2 separate items are awesomeeeeeeeeeee! LOVE them! I absolutely love counterpressure and these deliver in that. If I had known how much I would like these, I would have got this set JUST for these. And of course you have the yoga bag which I described earlier to carry everything in.I also like that everything is in the same color scheme and so they all look like a group. I don't know why, but I enjoy the matching. It looks good, and it's a set. Really the only thing I can think of that you might need that isn't included in this set is a yoga mat!Overall this set is a good quality set that includes most of the items you would need for a yoga class or doing your own yoga at home. It's priced in the average range for this type of item, and everything worked well for me! Highly recommend !

Love this wheel, great for cracking my back wide open when I'm stiff. The rest is a good set for any home yoga enthusiast. It's got everything you'd want except for the mat. Little blocks for stretching and yoga, as well as some massage balls. The case it comes with is also much too nice for something I almost never put away!

This is a nice little set and it all fits into a compact neat case. Most of the parts of the set are self evident how to use them but it might have been nice to have exercises. The colours are a bit young but fun. All the pieces work well and are sturdy and durable. The bands are nice and stretchy. Overall the set is easy to use and a good value.

I chose to test #HNCTINNO’s Yoga kit through the #AmazonVine Program. This yoga kit includes almost everything you need for yoga in a nice circular bag with a shoulder strap. (It does not include a yoga mat.) Inside the bag there is the following: a wheel for stretching your back, two blocks, a strap, a massager foam roller, and two types of exercise bands. There is a door anchor which you could use with the exercise bands for travel and hang it on a hotel door for some easy in-room yoga. I wish they weren’t in Miami Vice 1980s colors as those aren’t the most relaxing but they are fun and whimsical. I do have to say though the weakness here is the bag itself. It is really hard to get everything in and out of the bag and the zipper isn’t the stronger and I’m worried I will break it quickly. Other than the bag, it is a great price performer to set up your home yoga exercises! For a url: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DG8QW3PD

This is a great set! I opened it up, eager to try all the different pieces, but was almost foiled by the darn bag! If they could have made the zipper just an inch or two longer, everything - especially the wheel - would have been a lot easier to get out (and put back in.)Once I got everything out, I didn't get very far. The massage balls...ahhhhhh!!! I could just sit there for hours massaging every part of my body with those things! The bricks are nice and will be useful as I recover from a hip replacement and start to gently stretch again. For when I am healed and stronger again, I will be so happy to have all the little fun things they have in the bins under the reformers at my Pilates studio: resistance bands, an exercise band, a yoga strap. Love that the set includes a door anchor. When I was doing physical therapy before my surgery, some of the exercises I did used an anchor like this one. They wanted to sell me one at the gym for, like, $15, but I rigged my own thing up instead. Now I have what I need for a fraction of the cost. Personally, I'd have to say my least favorite piece in the set is the wheel. I'd love to be able to use it, but when I lay on it and tilt my head backwards, I get awful vertigo and want to throw up, so I'm going to have to figure out what other things I can do with it. For now, my cat thinks it's an awesome chew toy, which I am NOT happy about! The carrying case is nice with one outer pocket and an adjustable shoulder strap, but as I mentioned, it's tough to get that wheel in and out of it.Considering how much each of these pieces would cost if you bought them individually, this set is a very good deal, so I would definitely recommend it for anyone who's into yoga, Pilates, or just stretching.
