This pop-up mesh storage basket has so many functionalities around the house! As soon as I got this pop-up basket, I started organizing the house by dumping all the toys and items that were out of place. I cleared off countertops and desks and was surprised at how sturdy this basket was, despite looking a bit on the flimsy side. I was wrong! This basket can not only hold a bunch of knick-knacks around the house, but it could hold some heavy books, my husband's electrical components, and even laundry! I use it everywhere around the house. Very versatile and sturdy basket! The only thing thought is I cannot figure out how to collapse the basket after use. So that wasn't so easy to do. But for the price, it's a great value! Highly recommend!

I was very surprised how many toys it holds. Great size, keeps everything organized, and the price is perfect. I only use it for the kids toys but getting more to keep just about anything and everything organized. Folds up to fit just about any storage area you have too.

It was a gift, so I'm not using it myself, but it seemed sturdy and it folds up into a small square if needed.

Small versatile tote. Kids keep stuffed animals in theirs. Light enough they drag it around themselves no issue. They did manage to bend it out of shape a bit. Functionally no issues. The mesh has stayed intact and no snags in the material or tears. Has held up pretty well from the kids throwing things in and ripping them out all the time. It is a good complement to our other baskets

I thought this would be a great item for my grandson's favorite toys. He is only 10 months old but is a mover and a shaker already. Very independent and dances to the beat of his own drum.He likes to get into everything. I am a yes ghammah, and rarely have to say no to him through redirection. This pop-up storage basket is my way of giving him something that he can get into to maintain his independence, gain a sense of accomplishment, and get rewarded by having his favorite toys readily available. Its soft but durable fabric is going to hold his toys nicely. The solid area is the same type of material as a car cover, just not quite as thick. The wide braided nylon straps are also constructed with durability in mind. Most of the stitching on the unit is triple-stitched in areas where it counts most. I thought it to be extra clever that the straps are sewn on in two different areas ensuring that extra support without having to worry that it might break. The description stated that it can hold up to 40lbs, however, I would say that might be stretching it a tad bit. My grandson is 19lbs right now so basically that is like putting two of him in the basket and carrying it around. While this obviously isn't something I would do, (I am a bit of a crazy kind of ghammah, but not that crazy) thinking in these terms, I would venture to guess that the storage unit wouldn't last very long if it were to be used often, and full to the 40lb max. As with everything, it is going to have its limits. My suggestion would be 25-30 lbs to ensure its durability will last for long past its intended life expectancy. I considered its versatility. It is something that can be used as a laundry basket, a toy chest, a storage bin for arts and crafts or anything you might think of that needs storing. Its safety for small babies like my grandson, and small toddlers is another perk with this item. The idea I have is that my grandson will be able to get into it to pull toys out, tip it over, or even if empty, crawl into it to sit without having to worry about injury. Even a smaller wooden toy chest poses some risk of bumps, bruises, and harmful tipping if a child were to try the same actions just described. Could you imagine the risk if a baby decided to crawl into a plastic or wooden toy chest and have the lid fall? Well with this beautiful design, there is none of this to be concerned with. Lastly, its smaller but spacious design is perfect for transporting toys, bedding, and outing items perfectly in the car, leaving plenty of open space for other travel items that need to be stowed as well. When not in use, this little gem simply folds into a circle, the straps are the bind that keeps it in position, and it can be tucked neatly and compact out of sight in a closet or on a shelf somewhere until needed again. You cannot go wrong with this children's pop-up storage unit. With all its great features, it far exceeds expectations for its excellent price.
