These resistors are as you would expect and values seem consistent enough. Would recommend if price and shipping are right.

Not a lot can be said about these, a pack of 1kohm resistors ideal for use in reducing the voltage for leds, comes in a labelled, clear plastic bag

The Resistors arrive in a Small Cardboard Box. Inside is a Plastic Bag. Inside is a long strip of Resistors. I am surprised how small the package is. On the Plastic Bag is a Label which declares 1k Ohm. 0.25W Tolerance of 5%. 200 Pieces. I Test one of the 1K Resistors with my Digital Multimeter which give me a reading of 986 or 987 Ohms. My Meter can’t quite make it’s mind up. The 5% Tolerance means I guess it could be 950 Ohms or 1050 Ohms.This is a very useful Resistor Value. Often used in conjunction as a current limiting Resistor with a LED if it needs one. It is often used in Digital Electronics Circuitry, especially TTL(Transistor Transistor Logic). They even come in quite handy for repairing old Megadrive Cartridges apparently. This is not one of those Values that you are unlikely to use very often. 1K is Useful. Brown, Black, Red. The Bands of a 1K Resistor.

Works as expected! Well packaged and came in an anti-static bag. Resistors are in the specs tolerance range. Great value!
