We selected this bit for its shank size. The bigger the stronger. Had to make five pairs of sliding barn doors 10 ft tall by 6 feet wide each. Stiffeners every 2 feet. Used the bit to cut out the pockets. This bit was able to stand this harsh test that took us several days and did not break from the strain. it performed very well. A good buy at the price. Delivery was as promised.

I use this bit with my Jasper circle jig to cut circles in MDF. Usage doesn't get much more heavy-duty than that. No problems, no burnt bit (I cut less than 1/8" at a time). Highly recommended.
