These have been fun for the six-year old who loves to carry them around to make observations. The spirals unravel fairly quickly.

Pages do not bleed with gel pen. Bubble front cover is fun and very tactile, which the giftees also loved in addition to the fun shapes and designs. Out of all of them, the heart was everyone's least favorite, but there's always got to be one in a variety pack.
