About this item

  • Steel Plate
  • Reliable and Cost-effective: This 3D printer bed is built to withstand the demanding conditions of continuous printing operations. The PEI surface accommodates most filaments including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and Nylon. By investing in this dual-sided bed, you will gain two double the usage time, making it a cost-effective choice.
  • Simple Set-up: The build plate consists of just one parts - a flexible steel platform with double sided PEI coating. Since the hotbed of the Bambu Lab printers is built-in magnet, simply affix the PEI platform to the hotbed for instant printing without any complex setup procedures.
  • Excellent Adhesion: Each YOOPAI PEI+PEO sheet is equipped with two sides of textured PEI coating. You can easily print directly on either side without the need for glue or additional tools to ensure your model sticks firmly to the sheet. Both sides offer strong adhesion to the filaments of corresponding materials, allowing you to choose the appropriate side based on your printing requirements.
  • Effortless Removal: This 3D printer bed can endure the repeated heating cycles that occur during 3D printing. Its flexible surface allows for easy removal of prints once the heated bed cools down to room temperature. If a print still sticks, just detach the upper magnetic surface, flex the flexible surface, and watch the model easily detach and land in your hands.
  • Compatible 3D Prenter Models: With a size of 257*257 mm (10.12*10.12 inch), this build plate is compatible with Bambu Lab A1, X1, X1C, P1P, P1S and X1-Carbon Combo. Please confirm your printer model before purchasing. After installation, please ensure to re-level the print bed to enhance the printing quality.

It works well with my p1s and I don’t have to put glue on this I haven’t had any issues with the layers sticking but I will tell you it doesn’t come off easily.

I print mainly PLA+ and PET-CF. With the Bambu Smooth PEI plate, I would have to use glue stic when printing with PET-CF, not for adhesion, but as a release agent. For those unfamiliar, PET-CF will weld itself to that smooth Bambu plate, so glue stick is a must... I have ruined one already.I have seen many plates advertised as "NO GLUE STICK REQUIRED", but only to address adhesion issues, none of them talk about the use or lack there of as a release agent. So I pulled the trigger and bought this $10 DOUBLE SIDED EPOXY RESIN build plate figuring it's only $10, what the heck. It's micro-textured, not exactly smooth, but the prints are smooth to the touch, and the slight texture hides the layer lines rather well, for a $10 plate. If left to cool to room temp, PLA+ self releases, and even if you don't wait, it's still super easy to pop off.And now it's my new go-to plate for PET-CF, because it requires no glue stick, the PET-CF pops right off with a flex of the plate, doesn't even really mark up the plate. I have used it for about 2 dozen prints or so, time will tell but it's looking like this is a super value.Buy one, it's worth it.

This plate has been working really well for me! I am not really a 3D printing "enthusiast" - I fly FPV drones and originally mainly intended to print TPU accessories for that. I was given an Ender 3 and eventually got some good results, but it was soooo slow. I saw somewhere that the Bambu A1 could deliver really high quality TPU prints very quickly, so I picked one up. The stock print bed didn't do great with TPU, so I tried a few other 3rd party beds. The TPU always seems to stick TOO well and was very hard to remove without damaging either the plate or the print. I also didn't like the "pebbled" effect from them. The Ender had a mirror print bed which gave a glassy smooth quality to the bottom of the prints. So far this plate has handled everything I've thrown at it, and everything releases very well, even TPU. The bottom of the prints have a nice matte finish instead of that pebbly look. TPU, PLA, and PETG have all given good results with this plate. And you can't beat the price! All the other plates I've seen were 2 to 3 times higher. I haven't seen any signs of wear on this one, but I'm planning to buy at least one or two spares, just in case.

I have tried multiple plates from multiple vendors and this is one of the better ones despite it being one of the least expensive. I use this plate for printing ABS and ASA on my P1S for overnight and all day prints. When I go to pull the plate out of the printer the prints will usually slide right off. I have had several extended prints with ABS support for the interface where I pull out the plate and the prime tower slid right the back of the plate and stayed standing on the magnetic bed like it was printed there. I did add glue to the plate to help with some nylon prints, but I will be ordering more of these plates for the P1S and for the A1.

Initially, I fell in love with the Double-Sided Epoxy Resin Build Plate, I have a 3D printing business and they work great, prints stay in place I don't need any brim with them and once they cool down prints come right off but so it happens that one of the 4 that I bought had issues with printing, I couldn't find the right z offset for it and after some test I decided to measure the thickness and it was definitely thinner in some areas to the point that I couldn't get prints to finish a proper first layer. I guess they need to do a better job at quality control. if you dare to take a chance it might be a great product.

Absolutely no issues using this plate or recommending it to others! I used it on my A1 and actually has better adhesion than the Bambu Lab plate in my case.As other comments said, it’s not a smooth finish. It’s a textured finish like the original plate included.

I'm pretty new to 3D printing and I really thought PEI was overhyped until I got this. I had been struggling with printing PETG on my spring steel sheet before (only 2 prints stuck out of 18) and decided to try this instead. IMMEDIATELY the print came out flawlessly on the textured PEI side, with no lifting when printing the first layer (where my spring steel would have some parts that dont adhere). Every print just sticks, PETG & PLA, and after cooling by 20C or to 30C you can hear the part peel off on its own.It seems to be a PEI sheet applied rather than spray coated but not 100% certain. The smooth PEY side however, I haven't been able to get PLA to stick (the parts that do does have the circular sparkles transfer though), haven't tried with PETG. Though I've never printed on smooth sheets so this might just be a tuning issue, can't give a definitive statement here. It's very soft though, getting dents from PLA flakes when it got squished between the heating bed, so you'll want to make sure its very clean each time you use it or flip the sheet to PEI side (the dents eventually went away after a day of leaving it sitting)It's also worth nothing the edges of the plate are somewhat sharp, so be careful when handling the sheet. But as far as the textured PEI side goes its perfect, and highly recommended

I don't know how long it lasts as I've only had it a week, but it is less textured then the bambu textured plate and things stick to it better. I have to cool the plate in the fridge on some prints to get it to release better. I've wondered if I should try cooler bed temperatures but I don't have any other issues so I just print with the bambu textured plate profile. I only paid $11 for this plate, so even if I find out the lifespan isn't as good as some plates, I don't really care. Glad that I could get a high performing plate that is less textured and so cheap. Side note, I've found PETG sticks and releases pretty similarly to PLA; not sure why some comments say PETG sticks more.
