I bought this to replace the OEM kit which had multiple cracks and leaked until the ceiling collapsed. I fixed the drywall and replaced the insulation. After calling around for quotes I decided to replace the kit myself. I wasn't sure if it was the exact correct replacement part since the numbers weren't exactly the same but thankfully it matched perfectly. I have never worked on my AC system and was worried I might mess up but it turned out to be super simple and easy. There's 4 bolts holding the motor on and then 4 screws to remove the kit. There are hoses plugged in to it and just plugged them back in to the new one. The 2" PVC air pipe easily unscrewed and I just put everything back the way it was. Tested it and no leaks, but just to be on the safe side I installed a huge pan underneath the unit in case it ever leaks again. I had to redo all the PVC drain lines since they were obstructing my ability to install the new drain pan but it all fit together nicely. The hardest part was redoing the PVC drain pipes but altogether it took only a few hours and I saved $1,000 doing it myself with very few tools. Mostly just a screwdriver.

This part says OEM, but it looks and feels much better than OEM. Going to help my furnace for a long time. Thanks for a good part.

Perfect improved replacement part for my furnace. This condensate pan is built much stronger than the original part and was a perfect fit. Make sure to choose the right equivalent part number. Easy to install and replace by yourself, minimum expertise is required. Information on how to do on YouTube.

The purchased item is plastic with several posts sticking out of it and the shipping box was twice the size of the item without any padding!! It had been banged up and sliding inside the too large box from point of shipping. Hopefully it will not leak waster; it is a condensation drain for my air conditioner system that needs replacing.

The original was leaking water but this replacement is much more robust. An easy remove and replace to extend furnace life
