Perfect plastic bowls that last a long time. They make look small, but they hold a lot. They are wonderful for dinners and salads. I highly recommend them.

The description says microwave safe. I wouldn't use these in the microwave or put hot food in them. They are light weight plastic. One step above disposable plastic dishes. If it wasn't such a hassle to return, I would. Certainly not worth the money I paid.
