Product was fine but the pendulum wouldn’t work.I asked for a refund label to return them. They didn’t respond and I had to get Amazon involved.I bought two of them, and returned both of them together in the same package.The company said they only received one item??Amazon did get me the refund and resolved the situation.

I bought this to replace a 40 year old wind up pendulum clock with a 16 in pendulum. The clock mechanism is accurate, mine is fast about 10 seconds in 3 weeks. The hands that came with the kit were a good match for the clock face which is 7in diameter (number to number).The pendulum that comes with the kit is only 6 inches long, and was too short to look right in my clock. The mechanism would not drive the 16in pendulum, as it was expecting a different weight and swing rate. I settled for my old pendulum, not swinging.

I would have given it 5 stars but could not get in touch with customer support. The clock works are great and accurate but I wanted to buy another one with a longer pendulum but after trying 4 times for customer support I gave up.

This was replacement for a wall clock with pendulum. It was a little smaller than the OEM clock movement and only took 1 battery for both the clock movement and the pendulum as opposed to the two batteries the original required.

Purchased back in June and here it is December and the clock part stopped working although the pendulum part is still working.

My old movement for the 1840 school clock finally gave out after about 23 years. This inexpensive movement installed easily. Now I know from experience the AA battery will only last a month or two, so I also installed a C cell battery holder and using a Duracell C battery. These will last a year or more!Sorry about the bright light on the clock-face glass! Needed the flash for the picture. The clock is ticking away happily!
