I bought this for my daughter's go kart build. Have it geared 60:1 ratio so she can do off road on it without too much clutch slippage. Works great!

This looks quite high quality. Thus far, it is working exactly as it should. A 420 chain fits on it just as intended.It has all the hardware in there, and the hardware isn't terrible. I managed to install everything without stripping a thing, and it has held up to being driven around the farm for a few days, so it can't be all that bad.I used this on a custom minibike since that's what I build for fun. Depending on what engine you are using, and how you want your bike to drive, you might need a jackshaft with this, since 48 teeth is a little low. It really depends on what top speed you are going for and how much torque you have.

Note that the four nuts and bolts included are to small to properly attach hub to sprocket.

The bolts are too small and if you use them the sprocket will be off center, unless you center the bolts exactly in to bolt holes. That’s pretty much impossible to get it right. I had to redrill for bigger bolts that match the holes now. Now it centers. Will not purchase again and was disappointed

The gear and collar are very nice. It is clear they are made out of high quality materials. However a could of pretty small problems I ran into. For starters the hardware that came with the kit was not even CLOSE to fitting. The bolts provided were probably 1/4 or so, I didn't bother to check, but the bolts needed were 3/8. Loose fitting hardware or a kind of "sloppy" fit doesn't do the supplied bolts justice. The thing rattled like crazy when I used the provided hardware for Mach up. Another problem was that the screws used to help lock the collar in place were positioned directly behind the screw holes. This made it near impossible to screw down the collar without making it a drawn out process. Lastly the key cut out was to small, this actually might be on purpose, you have to file the keyway to make it fit, ensuring that its is extremely tight due to the collar being hardened steel. Overall this is a great product, I just ran into some rather inconvenient problems along the way.

Photo shows set screw offset from sprocket hole, on part received the hole centers intersect= cannot tighten set screw with new bolts installed(will redrill set screw holes) , bolts supplied don't match sprocket hole size, regarding the major o.d. of sprocket teeth, needs 15 min. of deburr time, figure about 1 hour of your time and $10.00 for travel to box store and buy bolts that work, etc.I think I received the "table scraps" from the inspection dept. and paid about $10.00 too much for what I did receive . The downside is I really needed this sprocket for mill machine drive and had to make it work or would have retuned it=buyer beware.
