I have broke both driver and passenger outer axle shafts at the spindle bearing machined surface. First shaft I was using dana spindle bearings. It was then recommended by the company I purchased axles from to use a delrin sleeve to limit deflection in this area. That shaft broke first trip out after replacing bearing. When the shaft breaks in this area it takes out the seal surface on the spindle. So yes Yukon will replace the shaft under warranty but you will pay another $200 to replace the spindle/ spindle bearing and seals.Shafts lasted just over a year and maybe 12 runs.4000lb rig, 40 inch tires, low and slow, No rock bouncer stuff.I have a full set of Yukon inner/outers/super joints in another vehicle that were purchased around 2015 that are still going strong. Huge pass on Yukons current product if you plan to use your vehicle.

Product is fine. I did break it which Yukon has warranty problem is can get warranty since cant contact seller.

Yukon is the way to go! We have been building offroad trucks and jeeps for years and by far, Yukon is my go to for anything with differentials. I will continue to go through Yukon for these products. Can't beat their quality OR their warranty!These pinions and experiences are my own.
