The lower part of my seat belt would knock against the plastic part of the seat and make an annoying noise. I ordered these seat belt pads to cover the plastic part of the seat belt that was impacting the plastic part of the seat. This eliminated the noise.

I’m 56 and drive a Nissan frontier. These pads are the right size and perfect thickness. And yes, if you leave them on, it does not allow the seatbelt to fully retract up. You can take them and put them on and off as needed, but I prefer to leave them on and I’m good with that.
