I chose these to use as dividers for a box I use for very small cards I use in my work. These boards are the perfect size for my needs and the fact that they have that little extra piece at the top allows me to rifle through the box of cards easily to find the one I need. I hope that makes sense. SMILES__The boards are not flimsy and I’m sure would be adequate for holding a square of cake or such as they are actually marketed for__BOTTOM LINE: I am very pleased to have found such a good product at a very affordable price that suits my needs

These are really tiny but are sufficient for small cakes. Plan on using these with the acetate paper to make little mousse cakes. I suggest putting them in a zip lock bag to keep clean. They aren't too thick and have the consistency of a thick cardboard paper. It is gold on the top side and plain white on the bottom.

This review is for the "YYaaloa 3.15 Inch Mini Round Golden Cake Boards Mousse Cupcake Base Paper Plates."These seem sturdy and will work for their intended purpose of displaying small baked goods. The packaging could be a bit better, as a few were slightly damaged, but otherwise there are no problems.The color (gold) is as expected, and they aren't too thin or flimsy.
