This Zeikos 72mm multi-coated filter set is a great addition to my photography gear! The UV filter provides excellent protection for my lens, the CPL filter enhances colors and reduces reflections, and the FLD filter improves indoor lighting balance. The build quality is solid, and they fit perfectly on my lens. Plus, the included pouch and cleaning cloth are a nice bonus. Highly recommended for both beginners and professionals!

For the price of 3 glass filters, I could not complain. I currently have the UV filter on my 18-55mm lens. From a beginner's perspective, I've taken some test shots and I honestly could not find a difference in image quality. The glass is nice and thick and the frame fits perfectly with my lens. The UV filter can stack with the polarizing filter as well as the FLD filter and additional 55mm filters that you may have. The polarizing filter spins pretty smoothly regardless of whether its directly on the lens or stacked with the UV filter. It also comes with a leatherish, sturdy little carrier that looks like its some sort of soft felt material inside. It's nice and compact and is a secure way of carrying the filters in your backpack when you're not using it.I really couldn't find anything to complain about with this kit. If anyone is looking for filters that won't break the bank, these are a great option. I wouldn't hesitate to pick up another set if needed.

Sure, these lenses are not glass and they are not multi-coated - but what do you expect for less than $3 / lens filter? I have found they are absolutely perfect for low budget filters. They give me confidence my higher dollar lens won't get damaged while performing their duties. Sure they won't be perfect in every give situation, but then again, what is ?If you are an amateur photographer and needing to start out low budget - these are perfect. They will perform as intended. Just realize when there ARE issues that they weren't even $3/ lens filter. As far as the Zeikos go - the threads screw on easily and they (mostly) perform as stated.Per the packaging (summarized):* UV Filter - absorbs UV rays that make outdoor photos otherwise hazy and indistinct, multipurpose fine weather filter for color and black and white photos, serves as an everyday lens protector.* Circular Polarizer - removes unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water, glass, etc., enables colors to become more saturated for better contrast, increases contrast and saturation in blue skies and white clouds.* Fluorescent Filter - corrects green cast created by using fluorescent lamps with daylight tubes, restoring natural colors to shooting objects.

I am a new DSLR Camera user and I needed a cheap filter kit to start with. This kit fits well on my Nikon D5100 with 18-55 mm lens. I only use the UV lens frequently due to the nature of pictures I take. I recommend this lens kit for novice photographers. also, this lens saves my camera optical lens from water marks and finger prints and dust. Overall a good buy.

I purchased this filter set for my Panasonic HDC-TM700 camcorder. They fit snugly and do what they are supposed to do. Admittedly, I bought this set just for the UV filter to protect my lens. The polarizing filter and fluorescent filter work fine and the set comes in a velvet lined hard case with partitions for each filter. What makes me really happy is the low price. There seems to be much discussion about the polarizing filter. The picture is correct. It is a linear polarizing filter (PL), and not a circular polarizing filter (CPL) as stated in the product title. Now that you know that, don't sweat it - because it won't matter anyway. Here's the skinny. If you will not be using the polarizing filter on an auto-focusing SLR (or DSLR), then you don't need a CPL - it won't make a difference. You see, linear PL filters will mess up your metering/auto-focus if you are using the filter on a camera that has a partially reflective mirror. Point and shoot cameras and camcorders don't have such mirrors. I can't name any SLRs/DSLRs that take a 46mm filter, so I suspect that most if not all of the potential buyers of this filter set will have NO problem with the PL filter.

I always buy a UV filter for my glass to protect it, and saw this little three-pack and snagged it. So far I've had great success with it.The UV filter does what it's supposed to -- pictures are clear as ever, no haze from UV light, no complaints. The polarizer is the best thing about this. It's a great filter and would alone probably cost four times as much as this whole kit. You don't get the real dark blue skies that a higher quality one would give, but it does darken them slightly. Getting rid of reflections and and glare has been superb. It has performed as well as higher grade polarizers. If you've never used a polarizer, it's a must have for some awesome quality and neat looking pictures.I haven't found much use for the FLD. It does normalize the color tones of your pictures (makes them slightly rosy colored), but all in all I think it's a matter preference on that one. I managed to get it stuck on my UVF, and could not unscrew it for the life of me. I had to resort to breaking it off with pliers. Turns out the threads started separating from the ring, however I'm not sure if it's from the build quality or from putting it on a little too tight, but most likely the latter. It's a great buy for $6 (at least, that's how much it was when I bought it) and works great, despite negative reviews I've read on other Zeikos products.

This is a good, inexpensive set of filters which will make you feel good about protecting your expensive camera lens.I purchased the set for my Canon HV20 video camera, and the filters fit perfectly. The filters come from the manufacturer very clean, and in a somewhat hard case that is convenient for carrying in a camera bag. I was surprised to see that the filters didn't even have a spec of dust on them, having been individually sealed in cellophane. They were much cleaner than some Tiffen filters I purchased a couple weeks ago for a different camera.I'm now in the market for a lens cap. I never felt I needed to use one before because of the built-in lens cover on the camera, but now the filter in use is exposed all the time, so I need a cap to protect the filter (I really should have thought of that before). If you buy this filter kit, you might as well buy a cap while you're at it, unless you already have one.
