I like this item because it comes with everything I need to repair my gravity chair. I was really disappointed earlier this summer when my chair ripped, and I thought I was just going to have to toss it. But then I saw this kit available and thought it would be just what I needed. It is, and while the color is different from my original chair I don't care. The important thing to me is that I don't throw out an entire frame when the frame is still fine, it's just the fabric in the bungee that need to be replaced. I definitely recommend this kit for anyone who is not bought into our throwaway culture, and actually wants to make repairs and preserve their existing stuff. I recommend reading the other reviews for this item, and seeking out videos online from others who have done this before, to help get an idea of what all is involved. This was not an easy or fast project, but it was worth it. The way I would improve this product is by making the fabric longer. It is the correct width already, but it doesn't quite come down to the end of my chair. Even a few more inches would make a difference.

But, … We found the fabric to be sturdy - so far, the fabric width (21”) to be wide enough but the length left something to be desired. It would have been better with an additional 5” or so added to the length. The color selection was also extremely limited - but in all fairness, I knew that when I bought it anyway. The roping was plenty long to fit the chair.The instructions on how to lace the cord through the grommets was scant.Nonetheless, the fact that I can now use my chair again, is priceless. I’m not confident the fabric will withstand the use of it for long. We’ll see.
