Getting the tray installed correctly is very hard because the holes are not well made and aligned. For a visually impaired person this was a nightmare to set up -- almost broke the plastic; I suspect to use. Put a rubber anti skid on the bottom to steady the device, which should have been included.

This item was purchased as a guide for slicing homemade bread. The cutting guides are too flexible. The knife easily moves the guide so that slices are often not straight. The guides could be made stiffer. I'm still using it though.
