It works. It has caught many gnats, etc. but it does seem to work more slowly than other types of traps I’ve used in the past. I really like it though and may buy 1 or 2 more to place in other rooms. It has no scent and works as promised. Try it!

Had a problem with those damn pesky fungus gnats. While sitting and looking into the screen of my phone, 1 or 2 were flying around my face. Or while I was sitting next to a lamp. I was finding them dead on window sills also.I bought this Zevo Flying Insect Trap. Wow! As you can see the results in just 3 weeks. Haven’t had mosquitos or flys yet to see how effective it is on them.I seen complaints about the blueish light it emits as being too bright. I don’t see that at all. It is more of a warm light and not overbearing at all. That light is needed to attract what you are trying to get rid of. I do agree that to buy the inserts are a little pricey. But they work. Inserts are very easy to remove and replace. I would highly recommend this trap.You also may want to try these. I placed them in a few plants and on a few windows with good sunlight. Just lay them sideways on top of the window by the lock. The outside light attracts them & the sticky surface caught quite a few this way too. It Does What It's Supposed To Do... With a Vengeance. I was a little skeptical, but if they are as honest about this product as they were with the Zevo Insect Spray, then it should be a winner.This year we had a lot of gnats for some reason, so I bought one unit for the Kitchen. A day later the swarms were down about half and on the 3rd day, we had not one, and have not since. I took the film cartridge out and IT WAS FULL OF GNATS, TWO FLIES AND A MOTH AND ONE I HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT YET! YEAH, it really works. Bought two more and the bathroom is free of 'water gnats' and on in the living room. No more "occasional" mosquito. These are super! Highly recommended!

After a few days - I noticed around twenty gnats had crashed into the sticky surface of the illuminated trap. I took off a couple of stars* the trap was placed in the kitchen and most of the gnats were captured during the night* trap refills are a bit on the expensive sideFinally, I'm glad that I purchased the Zevo - In two weeks, I've seen a definite reduction in the gnat population. Home remedies did not work.

I may take a picture to prove that this trap works, but it’s so gross. I lost power to my house and between work and being a single parent, I didn’t have time to clean everything out of the fridge and freezer. I hoped I’d get the power restored in time for it to not be an issue, but silly me. Ended up being without power for weeks. Food spoiled and gnats infested the refrigerator. I cleaned it out, but even after cleaning I could not get rid of all the fruit flies. I ordered one of these and it helped significantly. Took about a week to see the gnat population to be wiped out. The sticky part is full of them along with a couple big flies that came in from opening and closing the front door. I’ve already purchased another because summer time flying insects are my biggest nuisance this time of year. Plus we get the little water bugs flying around the bathtub drains. The price is a little expensive, so I can’t say I will always have this in my house, but for now, it helps keep the buzzy bugs away.
