This photocell is used with heaters that have the hot surface ignitor (glow plug). UNLESS you have the DESA upper tier heaters that have the plastic handle and shroud that covers the fuel tank. That photocell is part# M16656-21

Wires were too short so I had to splice in some more to make them long enough Overall fine quality and did the job, just wasn't plug and play on my reddy heater 125k btu
