A pedestal seat should be tight but this is a crazy fit. Although they slip in easy, It takes significant effort to remove them. I need these to be able to come up and go down easy for the boat configuration I am trying to build. Hopefully, they will break in and become more useable. The price is good for the set though and if your not worries about moving them too often then i would recommend it.

The seat mount is too thick and will not go into the pedestal or the base!

Base and pedestal is fine, but can’t use the kit. The seat mount is powder coated too thick and will not go into the pedestal or the base. I’ve already installed the base so SOL as far as a refund.
