I tried this for a day and i didn't feel much relief. I feel like it needs to be bigger and firm. It's to small for me personally. The quality of the pillow is good and soft. You can adjust the center support by pumping air into it which is nice.

I use a Yeti camping chair at my girlfriend’s house, where I have a small desk setup. Since I spend a lot of time working at the computer and dealing with a bummed back, I was eager to try this product when it popped up in my Amazon feed—it seemed like exactly what I needed! After about six hours of use at my desk, I’m happy to report that it does the job well. This is a memory foam back support pillow with slight bolsters, though they aren’t particularly functional—the air bladder pushes your back out of the bolster pockets when inflated. However, the lumbar support itself is great, helping to maintain a natural curve in the spine while sitting. The hand pump is a fantastic feature, allowing you to customize the level of lumbar support to your preference. At just $24, this is a solid deal for those of us with less-than-ideal backs and office chairs. This back support is also marketed for car use, which I think would be especially useful on long road trips, particularly in rental cars that lack adjustable lumbar support—especially on the passenger side. The only downside is that it doesn’t pack down very small, so portability is a minor drawback.Overall, I’d buy this again for its simple yet effective design. It’s affordable, functional, and provides excellent lumbar support—a great option for anyone needing extra back relief while sitting.

Adjustable Airbag Lumbar Support Pillow aims to provide personalized back support for those experiencing pain or seeking to improve their posture. The adjustable airbag feature is a key selling point, allowing users to customize the level of lumbar support to their individual needs. The ergonomic memory foam construction is designed to contour to the back, providing comfort and support during prolonged periods of sitting. The dual straps ensure that the pillow stays securely in place on various types of chairs, whether in an office, car, or home setting.I first thought that because of the gap between my back and the chair is a big gap that this might not work as well.I was wrong, I inflates a lot. Provides the comfort I was missing.I would RECOMMEND

I have a chair that has lumbar support but not enough to actually be effective. This adds the ability to get it right and comfortable. It operates very simply by attaching it to the chair with the strap so that it is at the right level for your particular needs, then pump it up to the level of support that you need. It could not be any easier and is really helpful. It has a small pocket on the side with the bulb to pump it up. This can be used to hold the bulb and keep it out of the way when you don't need it. It also has a zipper that allows you to take the cover off as well as a zipper on the pump unit that allows you to take it out. The end result is the fabric can be completely separated from the unit for easy cleaning.I am an average sized adult and it works perfectly. If you are extra tall or short then it may not fit well in your lumbar area to provide proper support. I am unable to confirm if it does or does not at this time and can only say it is probably perfect for a person between 5' 8" and 6' 0". It may work fine for others.

I installed this lumbar-support on the driver's seat of my late-model Prius. The original car seat already had lumbar support, but it was never enough to let me endure a long drive without some back pain and stiffness. This Airbag Lumbar Support Pillow took care of all that. You can inflate it with a little rubber bulb, but I found that its memory foam padding was so effective that I needed only a tiny amount of inflation to provide all the support I needed.I expect that this "pillow" would also work well with cars that don't offer lumbar-supported seats as standard equipment. It inflates quite a bit, to the point where, if I tried to fully inflate it with my particular seats, I would barely be able to get behind the wheel. This pillow is not double-stitched, but other than that, it's pretty well-made. I'd expect it to last as long as even the best cloth car interiors. The elastic straps are well-designed and let you slip it right over the top of a car seat and adjust its position with one hand. Very simple to install and line up. I'm not really that handy with this sort of thing, but I got it positioned exactly where I wanted it in, I dunno, 15 seconds? One last convenience feature is an easy-to-reach hidden pocket for storing the rubber inflation bulb. Deflating the pillow requires no more than holding down a little valve on the bulb -- doesn't require much pressure.Everything about this seat is configured to make it easy to install and use. And it's flexible enougrh to work well with any car that I've ever owned.I'm very, vary happy with it.

My partner has terrible backpain and due to this backpain being in a very specific area they need very specific support in the middle of the back which this thing can accommodate. It's a really good idea and it's super soft with the memory foam, it feels like the good kind of memory foam that's nice and squishy, not that super hard stuff you can't shape to your body. So far it seems to be doing the trick for my partner which is great! The most unique thing about this is the middle support has a handpump like a blood pressure cuff, and it sure can puff up a good amount. This stands out among the other back supports we've tried, that's for sure.
