I ordered a 230 foot zip line and was sent 132 feet. Not even close. The build of the kit is very good, but I ordered 230 feet.It is also missing the ratcheting option.The seller changed the title after I received my order and the title now says 130 feet. This is too short for where I intended to install it. My kids are very disappointed. Hopefully you get the right length and it doesn't change after you place an order.

Super fun climbing apparatus and cleats system makes getting up to the zipline as much fun as riding it down. My grandkids are really loving the ratchet system to lift themselves up the large tree to which we have this zipline connected. This adds a new dimension beyond just climbing to a limb or platform and then ziplining down. The equipment for climbing is pretty good - I wouldn't go tackle a mountain with it, but it's sturdy enough and works well enough for light children to easily hoist themselves up. The cleats are solid castings and hold very well with included fasteners - with the advice to remove tree bark around where you will be attaching a cleat to get it in firmly if you're doing this with a tree.The zipline part is good - about the same as some others we have tried. This one has the 130ft length which gets a bit shorter after it's wrapped around a tree at each end, and there is some slack in the line, so it's a useable 90-100 feet of "zipping" distance to ride down the "trolley" (the pulley with attached handles and harness). It's well made and solid enough to handle me, and I'm almost 2/3rds of the weight limit of 350 pounds - no problem. So this is fun for the whole family. I think it's a very good value considering it includes the climbing rig and cleats as well.
