Upon receiving the product it had some water stains that indicate it was in high heat + moisture causing the mildew stains on one end. This is not part of the design as pictures indicate the spots vs the rest of the design. The interactive toy is great minus having to charge it 2-3x a day. If using in fast mode/interactive mode I clocked the duration time of play at 10 minutes before it died yesterday. I like the how it shows when charging (blinking red lights) and when it is completely charged (stays red).

Once I followed the instructions and got the ball running it’s got my 13 lb cat mesmerized. I’ve been trying to find something that will hold his interest, crossing fingers this is it! It has 3 different modes, it can run inside the mat or roll free and the fuzzy ears you can put on it looks so cute cruising around.

This is a good cat toy. My cats, unfortunately, didn't like it. They almost acted afraid of it. The ball moves around inside the mat and gives a motion the cats would normally love to attack. They really liked the ball outside of the mat and played with it nonstop. When in the may, it only came out once. It's actually much larger than I thought it would be, both my cats had space to lay on when the toy wasn't in use haha.

My cats absolutely LOVED this toy! I only wish I could let them enjoy it longer, or even really at all. You charge it 2 to 3 hours just so they can play with it 8 minutes! Very upset with that, and that's why it got 2 stars rather than 1, just because they loved the toy but couldn't really enjoy it.

Just after the 30 day return window it stopped holding a charge then quickly stopped charging at all. Super bummed because it was basically the only toy my cat liked

My cats enjoy the activated ball, more out of the bag than in, one of my cats hates the plastic sound when she dives for the ball, in the bag.Well made strong, battery life much better, fun toy, good value for the money

Definitely not worth the money. The toy ,after charging for 12 hours will only run for 1 minute literally ,then needs charged again. Just another piece of trash being sold for more then it’s worth 🙄
