I’m a 56 year old woman. 4’11” 90lbs. These were no problem to install. I did however use a small pillow and rubber mallet to get it all to snap in. The old ones a little hard to get off.

Had to use a hammer ... or .. rather a rubber mallet to "make "them fit the best way possible.We did the best we could with these but they are clearly cheaply made and not sized properly.
