I’m going to start off by saying that I read several mixed reviews about this bulb. It works great for lighting purposes only. Especially if you have a small tank. I have a 20 gallon tall arboreal set up and it lights up about 1/3 of the cage but that was my goal.

Good light doesn't put off a lot of heat and my bugs and geckos and other things like it

This is tiny. Puts off very lil heat. Was hoping for a lil more heat to add to my Tarantula enclosure. Didn't do the job. But great for light. I know it's better to heat the space around the T enclosure but that can be difficult and unsafe to do.
