Full size adult bearded dragon for scale. Excuse the incomplete set up - we were just exploring our new setup. My beardie is a rescue, I’ve had him for 4 years and have never seen him drink from that standard bowl I had for him before. I’ve been worried about his water intake and tried to increase veggies to compensate. Within seconds of running this fountain, he jumped on it and drank! He loves exploring/climbing on it. Personally, I like the running water sound & the lights aren’t harsh. Happy with purchase so far. Came in tact, not damaged.

Very nice looking fountain, access door on the back is just a loose piece, have to glue it to keep closed. LED lights look very slick, but one was burnt out when we got it, but too late to return it.

We bought this fountain at the end of April for a lizard terranium that we were just setting-up. We had to wait to use it as the lizard was too small, and we were worried she would get stuck in the eyes, so we were not smart on our part, and did not try this fountain until last week. We read all instructions, and set it up, and it looked and worked great. The next morning the pump had quit, and will not turn back on. I have read in the reviews that this is a common occurrence with this fountain!! And, now our exchange window is closed through Amazon. What a waste of $100!!! 🙄🤬

They sent me one it was cracked and and would not hold water, they allowed me to return it and they sent me another one. It had a few chips on the back but nothing that would cause water to leak, I kept it, 3 months later this one has started to leak and will not hold water. This is my first time ever writing a review on any product in my life. But this thing cost 73 bucks. I just felt like people should know it could potentially be junk when you get it. It’s definitely not worth what’s being charged for it. Cheaply made.

My beardie totally fell in love with this! Set up was a breeze (put in, fill up, plug in) and his entire home became super cool-looking instantly. The added benefit is that Laszlo's enclosure is now at a perfect level of humidity. He's gone in it drink a couple of times but his favourite thing is to lie under one of the waterfalls and let the water cascade off his back. I recommend setting the device in some sort of a low container to prevent spillage (if your beardie does like mine and loves to feel the water cascade off him). Without some sort of tray, the water can drip off your critter and onto his floor.

Pros: I love the design of this fountain, Sound relaxing, cool to look at.Cons: Before I ever got the chance to put water in this fountain. I used it as decorationn in my ball python terrarium. I taped over the eyes and mouth to prevent my 8 month old ball python from going inside. The fountain was also pushed to the very back of the tank.. After 2 months, somehow my ball python squeezed his way behind the fountain sliding the door on the back open as he passed & found his way inside the dry fountain.. It scared me, I tried different ways to get him out but he just wanted to stay. I do believe he was always fully capable of coming out on his own. Which he eventually did after I disconnected all of the pump cords stored inside the fountain (that he could have been tangled in)... I now have the fountain in my bathroom where I finally put water in it & like it, however dont get to use it for the reason I bought it... it looked awsome in the terrarium but is definately a risk to snakes.
