Arrived quickly to replace an already existing system. Cameras worked fine on the tv, but the app is trash. Could not get it to connect remotely. Went as far as contacting the 9-5 help desk on three occasions. They couldn’t get it to work either. Returned for another set of name brand cameras.

Paid a professional $850 to install these. Two of the cameras never worked. Logging in to view the system is unnecessarily difficult. Never got the sound working. Never got notifications when motion/people/vehicles are present. Now just tried logging in to the system and it deleted my whole profile and will have to manually add the cameras back, but I can't because I am not there, so I have to hire a professional again. Plus you need to pay monthly fee for cloud storage. Less than 6 months in and I am just going to rip this whole system out and throw it in the garbage.

Haven’t messed with it too much but overall it’s been well. Had a few issues with equipment that customer service rep Ariana took care of. Quality is pretty good, app is ok, give the app 3*. First time owner of hardwire cameras so I don’t have much to compare to but I would recommend them 😊 my favorite thing is the sell a model camera that you can move the lense around in the app. So cool!

Purchase this camera system in January, make contact to Zoshi and I was place in the care of their agent by the name of Rainbow, who I must say did an immaculate job to provide me with all necessary information and also replacement parts that was needed. I would and I will recommend all my contact who need a good quality affordable cameras or camera system to make purchase from Zoshi. Great product.

Was in contact with support when NVR appeared to be bad during installation/set up. Customer Support (Cathy), responded quickly and was able to replace the unit with a new NVR.

I bought this camera system 5 months ago. Product works great. Had a minor problem with one of my cameras not responding. But customer service was very nice.(Slina) They responded quickly. And resolved the problem. After determining the camera was defective, new one was shipped immediately. No questions asked. I would definitely recommend this system for anyone looking to have a camera system in their home.

I initially had a few issues with this system, first with cameras dying and then the entire NVR box going bad. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to send me a replacement box. So, even though it was annoying to go through the issues, the customer support was very good and was able to fix the problem. The picture quality on the cameras is good, and the playback quality is also good.
