Nice regulator, works well and easy to adjust to desired PSI, mine being 75 PSI.

Went from 105 psi from my water meter, down to 75 psi to the house. Easy to adjust and is completely silent in operation. Comes with good instructions, that also explains how to rebuild it, if it goes bad.
