Extraordinario cuchillo, corta como una cuchilla de afeitar. Lo compramos solamente para cortar embutidos secos como el lomo, chorizo, salchichón, salazones, etc., y estamos muy satisfechos, te permite cortar lonchas finísimas que tienen mejor sabor, no se pegan al cortarlas y, si las cortas en diagonal, con la misma presentación de los mejores restaurantes.

Mit diesem Schinkenmesser kann man ohne Druck auszuüben Wurst, Obst und auch Brot schneiden. Vorsicht vor den Fingern. Eine leichte Berührung mit dem Messer und der Haut reicht aus, mit Glück nur ein kleiner Schnitt, mit Pech muss es genäht werden. Auf jeden Fall würde ich dieses Messer immer wieder kaufen.
