There basically is no documentation on this product.First, I can confirm that this isolator is only one channel. This was no surprise to me.The wiring is not had to figure out. You need a power supply for the input side and one of the output side.Input sideHIVIN (+) to HGND (-) (power supply)A1I to HGND is the inputOutput sideVIN(+) to GND(-) (power supply)A1O to GND is the outputThe information suggests that you can use a 12V – 32Vdc supply. I started with 12V for both power supplies. I found as a varied the input the output side varied okay up to about 6.8VDC. After that I got on change in output. By adjusting the pot (VRA1) I could get up to about 8VDC out of it but it messed up the linearity at the bottom end.I had a closer look at the board. Most of the components have had the numbers removed as you can see in the picture. The one component that was marked was the voltage regulator. As you can see it is basically a 7818 which is an 18V regulator. Typically to get rated voltage out these you need an input that is about 2V higher than the rating. With this new information. I tried again with two 24vdv supplies. I had to adjust the pot again as I had played with it before. This time I had no problem getting 10V out of it. I found the linearity and the response of this isolator was good, for 0V in to 10V in it gave 0V to 10V out.Basically, this isolator does not work with a12V supply. I’m not sure it may work with 15V, but even at that the on-board voltage regulators won’t regulate voltage. To me if you want to make sure it’s stable, I would probably try to feed it with 20VDC or above. This is a bit of an inconvenience for me as the device I intended to use this with has 12VDC power supply. There are serval DC to DC boost converters that would take the 12V and step it up to 24V. I may look at this as it is a cheaper option than adding another power supply.

Isolator boards are expensive, the other one I was looking at was $330. This one works wonderfully and is extremely affordable. It didn't initially work for me when I plugged it in, turns out the wiring callout is a bit sketch. According to the info below you may think the AI1 means 0-10v+ (hot) and AI2 is 0-10v- (common), not true. This board only handles the + side of the signal so you only have to hook up the 0-10v+ to AI1. AI2 is not used as its only single channel for this model. This really threw me for a loop and I was about to return it and spend a bunch of money. Good think I checked again.Works really well with my Acorn CNC spindle. How long it will last I'm not sure but for this price il just replace it!Wiring:1) Input voltage connections:HVIN: 12V-32V power supply positiveHGND: 0V power supply negativeAI1: analog input first channel (0-10V voltage) (0-10V+)AI2: Analog input second channel (0-10V voltage) (NOT IN USE)2) Output voltage connections:VIN: 12-32V power positiveGND: power supply negativeA1O: Analog output first channel (0-10V voltage) (0-10V+)A2O: Analog output second channel (0-10V voltage) (NOT IN USE)

It is only one channel. Out of two cards I purchased only one worked.

I use this as the spindle analog signal isolator for PM-25MV CNC conversion. This is a cheaper alternative to KBSI-240D board. The PM-25MV BLDC driver board signal ground is not floated and carries 120v ac to earth. Therefore signal isolation is a must. The BLDC driver analog input is 0-5v. But the voltage adjustment on this signal isolation module can only be turned down to 7.5v. A simple voltage divider with two 4.7k ohm resistor can modify the 0-10v range to 0-5v.

Item does not include any information. Contacted seller and they could not provide any help. Could not get the units to work. Returned the item and then seller says they never received it so Amazon reverse the refund. Do not buy from this seller. I purchase a lot on Amazon and this has been the worst experience.
