We used these to make a donut wall with removable pegs. I didn’t want the board to travel with the pegs in place to ensure durability so we used these dowel screws to make removable pegs. Drill a hole carefully in the end of each dowel, screw the hardware in, and insert the bolt end through the hole in the donut wall and secure with a wing nut. The pegs were installed once we got the wall to the venue. It also made for easy washing of the pegs after the event because they were covered in donut frosting. After the wedding, we turned the wall into a plinko board using the same design and adding more dowels. Works fantastic!
