The mounting plate is very thin (.79mm) and SOFT, I could bend it with my fingers. Considering the size of the bolt (6-32) that would be inserted into this nut, it has very few practical applications as the mount is just too delicate.

Pretty good quality Tee nuts. None have ever stripped out or been out of spec. However,I did not give them 5 stars because they do tend to have burrs. Without the burrs they would be a 5 star product.
