This pulley was supposed to fit my bad boy 60". It is like the ID never received it's finish cut. The keyway would not except the 1/4" key stock causing the key stock to sit just a little bitty bit off flush. I waited a little too long to change it out so I could not send it back. I stuck the old one I had welded back on and will order from someone else. I would think anyone could bore a 1" hole

The only issue I had with these pulleys is that the paint or anodizing needs to be removed before they will fit on the deck spindles. It added about 20 to 30 minutes to the overall job.It wasn't a deal breaker for me because an abrasive wheel on my die grinder made short work of it, but if you don't have the tools on hand it may take you quite some time doing it by hand with sandpaper.

Worked on my outlaw xp 61” bad boy mower. Since this is painted black I had to use a file to grind the key way some for the square key to slide in. It doesn’t come with the set screw so you will have to transfer your old one. Yes it fits you just have to back it out a few times to remove some of the paint. Wd4 helps with that.

This pulley does not fit 2022 ZT Elite bad boy zero turn 60”deck. The pulley sleeve is about an 1/8” too big.
