So far this has been a great motor and transmission I used it in a jeep I built from scratch from only Amazon parts and a few parts a already had laying around and I don't have any complaints so far I've ran quite a few batteries though it and been pulling the trailer in the pictures and the drive shafts will pop out before the motor even thinks about bogging down its has some serious torque and pretty of top end for me!

I'm using this motor in a hobby project, though I'm grossly underutilizing it - basically, I'm using this to periodically rotate a pulley system to move anti-rodent 'scarecrows' across some garden plots. It has enough torque to get the entire mass of the cable moving, and hasn't seemed to balk at anything so far. I'm not entirely convinced it's suitable for long-term outdoor deployment (even in the weather-protected box), but it's helped me try out a new idea in an ever-escalating war against the squirrels, rats, and other scurrying garden thieves!

The transmission held up, but the motor died after one battery pack.
